We're making an addition to the periodic table with our strongest alloy ever. The uniting of zinc to aluminum produces a heat-treatable aluminum alloy of the highest strength. Zinc substantially increases the material strength and permits precipitation hardening. This heat treating technique is used to create overall yield strength of the aluminum resulting is a stiffer feel for the player. Increased stiffness in the handle equates to less flex in the taper at ball contact for increased barrel deflection.
