Great XL Series from Easton
March 22, 2016
I have heard from some other folks that they have not liked the performance of the new line (2016) of Easton bats and my son had used and liked the 32/27 XL1 last season. We purchased this 2015 version of the 33/30 XL1 and he is enjoying success with it. With the great price we also purchased the 34/31. He is looking forward to being big and strong enough to use it next year. We had also bought another manufacturer's composite bat (who shall remain nameless) as a backup. Did not like it at all; just did not compare.
ProsLarge sweet spot. End load if that is your preference. Good pop.
ConsAs with most composite bats, requires break in time. Make sure and get some BP with it before game use.
