Shipping
  • Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. You can see shipping costs before you checkout by using our shipping calculator which is located below your shopping cart items. After your items are added to your cart, you can see the shipping costs for all of our shipping methods.  You can select checkout, or click on the "View Cart" at the top of this page and enter your zip and state and select "apply".
  • Free shipping is available on orders totaling $99. See below for terms, details, and exclusions.
  • Offer Excludes Batting Helmets, Balls,  Training Aides, Batting cages, Pitching Machines, Nets and wheeled bags.
  • No coupon necessary
  • Not avaialable in AK, HI, PR, GU or international orders
  • Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-10 business days.
  • Free shipping voided on returned orders. A charge of $6.99 will deducted from your return refund.
  • On orders containing both free shipping items and excluded items, your order will ony be charged for the excluded items. Rate is determined by weight, and destination.
  • Standard (5-10 Business Days)- Orders will be shipped using any of the following carriers: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. We do not recommend standard shipping or USPS if you need your product sooner than 10 days. Street address required (no PO Boxes). If you would like delivery to a PO Box you must select USPS Priority Mail. Rates calculated at checkout.
  • USPS Priority Mail generally takes approximately 3 business days, however it is not guarnateed and may take up to 10 business days to arrive sometimes. For USPS shipments, they will not be considered lost until 21 days after the order is shipped.
  • Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business. Guaranteed Delivery: Carriers do not count the day the item shipped as a shipping day, nor do they count weekends or holidays.  For example, if your order was placed on a Thursday evening, it would be shipped on Friday. If you selected 3 day shipping it would arrive on Wednesday, 2 day would arrive on Tuesday, and Next Day would arrive on Monday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday would not count as shipping days.
  • Express Shipping Orders (Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, and 3rd Business Day)  placed before 11AM PT will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 11AM will be shipped out the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address?
    • Yes,  if you select USPS Priority Mail.. We will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
    • No,  if you select Next Day, 2 day, or 3 day FedEx because they not deliver to PO or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States? 
    • We only ship to U.S. addresses and Canada. Please note that all products are not allowed to be shipped to Canada. We will contact you after you place your order if one of the products you ordered is not allowed to be shipped outside of the U.S. Please select "International" as the shipping method during checkout. We will ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited which takes approximately 1-2 days to arrive. Customers will be responsible for customs/duties/import taxes, but there will be no brokerage fees due as with services such as ground. To estimate shipping, simply add an item to the shopping cart and then enter your postal code and select international shipping.
  • When will my order ship ?
    • Express Shipping orders (Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, and 3rd Business Day) for in stock items received prior to 11AM PST Monday through Friday will ship that same day. Orders for in stock items received after 11AM Monday through Friday, on  Saturday and Sunday, or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
    • When you place your order, will be sent an email confirmation.  You will also receive a second email when your order has been shipped with tracking. Please note these shipping emails are emailed at the end of our business day approximately 5PM.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes. You can track your order by visiting our order status page located at the top of our website or by going to http://www.hq4sports.com/orderstatus.html
  • If you select Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day or 3rd Business Day you can track your order. As part of your shipping confirmation email there is a tracking tracking number and a link that will automatically check the status of your order. Click on the link in the email.
  • My order has not arrived, what should I do?
    • If it has been more than 10 days since your order was shipped contact customerservice@hq4sports.com.

  • Is ordering with a credit card safe from your site?
    •   Absolutely!.  At HQ4sports we use state of the art technology to make sure that your credit card information is completely safe.  All transactions are sent using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit  encryption.  If you would rather order over the phone call us at 888-854-2287 toll free to place your order between 8am-5PM Mon-Thrusday, 8AM-2:30PM on Fridays.

  • Do you share customer  information ?
    • No. We will not sell, rent or give your name, address, email address, credit card information, or any other personal information to any other organization. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience.
Return Policy
  • HQ4SPORTS offers a 30 day return policy on new, unused merchandise. Baseball bats must be in original wrapper and unused to return for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s). HQ4SPORTS will only accept returns that are in new condition (bats in original shrinkwrap, Gloves with tags, etc...). See Returning Merchandise to see directions for returning merchandise. Use of free shipping shipping  assumes you are going to keep the item. Free shipping is voided on returned orders. A charge of $6.99  will be deducted from your return refund.  Orders that are shipped and then refused will be charged  return shipping.  Also, please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All Bats that have warranty issues (denting, breaking, etc) must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer. No exceptions.
Returning Merchandise
To return a purchase:
1.  Email Customerservice@HQ4sports.com and provide your Order# and the item(s) to be returned.
 2. HQ4sports will reply to your email with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number and the address to ship your package to
 3. Pack the item(s) being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.
 4. Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the return merchandise. Keep the original copy invoice list for your records.
 5.  Write "Return Autorization Number" on the outside of the package as well as the return address.  
6.  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
 7.  We recommend using insurance for your return shipment. HQ4SPORTS is not responsible for returns that are lost by the shipper on return shipping. We recommend an insured, trackable service.
   8.  Credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
   9. If free standard shipping was used for shipment, $6.99 will be deducted from your return refund.
10. Returned merchandise that is not in new condition cannot be returned.

Blemished Bats
  • We believe that blemished baseball and softball bats to be one of the best values in sports equipment. Blemished bats are brand new, and are still in the original packaging. These bats have very minor cosmetic blemishes which may include a r a smudged letter or minor imperfection in the paint. These blemishes are very minor and often difficult to even find. These bats meet manufacturers specifications in every other way. The cosmetic  blemish will in no way affect performance and you can save BIG! Blemished bats do not carry manufacturers warranty, but we provide a 90 day replacement warranty (see below).


Blemished Bat Warranty
  • HQ4sports provides a 90 day limited warranty on blemished bats which covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: major denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. Bats that are not blemished have a manufacturer's warranty. For all bats with a manufacturer's warranty, warranty issues are done directly with the manufacturer. The policy does not cover: bats that have been abused, altered or mistreated, bats that have been used in a batting cage, bats that have been used in temperatures lower than 60 degrees or bats that have had grip replacement. Please note that high performance bats are manufactured with ultra-thin walls to maximize performance. These bats will incur slight indentations (dings) and/or surface deformations (out-of-roundness). This is considered normal wear and  does not constitute a defective product. A ring gauge test will be performed to verify conformity of barrel diameter to association regulations.   If the bat is determined to be covered by the 90 day warranty a replacement bat will be sent within 3 business days of the arrival of the defective bat.  There is a limit of 1 replacement.
  • ** Please note that the replacement bat may not be the same model as purchased. In this case, we will send the best replacement available. Replacement bats are determined by availability.**
  • If you are having a warranty issue with a blemished bat, please contact us at customerservice@hq4sports.com. If your bat is not blemished, it has a manufacturer's warranty and must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer.

HQ4SPORTS is not responsible for typographical errors or pricing mistakes. In the case of such an error, it will be corrected and you will be notified of correction.

HQ4SPORTS Price Drop Protection. If you see the price of the item you purchased lowered within 14 days of your purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit for your next purchase.
