Use the guide below to help determine Adult and Women's Mizuno Cleat and Shoe sizing. See bottom of page for youth sizing information.
1-Place a piece of paper against a wall on the floor
2-Place foot on paper with heal against the wall
3-Mark with a pen or pencil the end of the foot on the paper
4-Measure from the edge of the paper that was against the wall to the mark marking the end of the foot.
