  • Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. You can see shipping costs before you checkout by using our shipping calculator which is located below your shopping cart items. After your items are added to your cart, you can see the shipping costs for all of our shipping methods.  You can select checkout, or click on the "View Cart" at the top of this page and enter your zip and state and select "apply".
  • Free Economy Shipping is available on orders totaling $99. See below for terms, details, and exclusions.

  • Economy Shipping orders arrive in 5-10 business days.
  • On orders containing both free shipping items and excluded items, your order will ony be charged for only the excluded items. Rate is determined by weight, and destination.
  • Economy Shipping (5-10 Business Days)- Orders will be shipped using any of the following carriers: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. We do not recommend standard shipping or USPS if you need your product sooner than 10 days. Street address required (no PO Boxes). If you would like delivery to a PO Box you must select USPS Priority Mail. Rates calculated at checkout.
  • UPS Ground (Up to 5 Business Days) will be processed within 1 business day. Delivery time is dependent on location.
  • USPS Priority Mail generally takes approximately 3 business days, however it is not guarnateed and may take up to 10 business days to arrive sometimes. For USPS shipments, they will not be considered lost until 21 days after the order is shipped.
  • Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business. Guaranteed Delivery: Carriers do not count the day the item shipped as a shipping day, nor do they count weekends or holidays.  For example, if your order was placed on a Thursday evening, it would be shipped on Friday. If you selected 3 day shipping it would arrive on Wednesday, 2 day would arrive on Tuesday, and Next Day would arrive on Monday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday would not count as shipping days.
  • Express Shipping Orders (Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, and 3rd Business Day)  placed before 11AM PT will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 11AM will be shipped out the next business day.
  • Economy Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address?
    • Yes,  if you select USPS Priority Mail.. We will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
    • No,  if you select Next Day, 2 day, or 3 day FedEx because they not deliver to PO or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States? 
    • No. At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.
  • When will my order ship ?
    • Economy Shipping (5-10 Business Days) will ship 1-2 days from the date ordered.
    •  Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day,  3rd Business Day, and UPS Ground orders (for in stock items) received prior to 11AM PST Monday through Friday will ship that same day. Orders for in stock items received after 11AM Monday through Friday, on  Saturday and Sunday, or on a holiday will ship the next business day.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
    • When you place your order, will be sent an email confirmation.  You will also receive a second email when your order has been shipped with tracking. Please note these shipping emails are emailed at the end of our business day approximately 5PM.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes. You can track your order by visiting our order status page located at the top of our website or by going to http://www.hq4sports.com/orderstatus.html
  • If you select Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day or 3rd Business Day you can track your order. As part of your shipping confirmation email there is a tracking tracking number and a link that will automatically check the status of your order. Click on the link in the email.
  • My order has not arrived, what should I do?
    • If it has been more than 10 days since your order was shipped contact customerservice@hq4sports.com.
    • HQ4SPORTS does not sell or ship to other dealers or resellers.
Rewards redemptioins are limited to 1 per order
HQ4SPORTS offers a Low Price Guarantee. If you find a product listed lower we will be happy to match the price of the item. Item must be sold by an authorized dealer and it stock (including size/color etc) and include the final delivered price (including shipping).
  • Is ordering with a credit card safe from your site?
    •   Absolutely!.  At HQ4SPORTS we use state of the art technology to make sure that your credit card information is completely safe.  All transactions are sent using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit  encryption.  If you would rather order over the phone call us at 888-854-2287 toll free to place your order between 8am-5PM Mon-Thrusday, 8AM-2:30PM on Fridays.
  • Do you share customer  information ?
    • No. Never. We will not sell, rent or give your name, address, email address, credit card information, or any other personal information to any other organization. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience.
HQ4SPORTS offers a 30 day return policy on new, unused merchandise. Baseball bats must be in original wrapper and unused to return for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s). HQ4SPORTS will only accept returns that are in new condition (bats in original shrinkwrap, Gloves with tags, etc...). See Returning Merchandise to see directions for returning merchandise. Orders that are shipped and then refused will be charged return shipping. Also, please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All Bats that have warranty issues (denting, breaking, etc) must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer. No exceptions.
