We do not sell, rent, or share customer information. Our store is hosted on the BigCommerce platform, which provides the ordering system and processes order data securely. BigCommerce may collect and use limited information as necessary to operate the site and improve functionality.

HQ4SPORTS offers a 30-day return policy on new and unused items. There is no restocking fee if items/gear are new and unused. Bats must still be in their original wrapper, and gloves must have their original tags to be considered new. We do not provide free return labels, but an optional discounted return label is offered during the return process. If this label is used, its cost will be deducted from the refund issued.

To request a return:

  • Send an email to returns@hq4sports.com.
  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Return instructions will be emailed to you within 1 Business Day.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address?
    • Yes, we will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.*
      • *Please note: There may be restrictions on the size of the package being shipped to a PO Box.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    • No. At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Economy Shipping (5–10 Business Days) will ship 1–2 days from the date ordered.
    • Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, 3rd Business Day, and UPS Ground orders (for in-stock items) received prior to 11AM PT Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders for in-stock items received after 11AM, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, will ship the next business day.
    • Please note, orders shipped directly from the manufacturer will have an increased lead-time. This extended lead-time will be indicated on the item's page when selecting the appropriate options.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
    • When you place your order, you will be sent an email confirmation. You will also receive a second email when your order has been shipped with tracking information (typically sent around 5PM PT).
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes. You can track your order by visiting our Order Status page.
    • If you select Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, or 3rd Business Day you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to check your status.
  • My order has not arrived, what should I do?
    • If it has been more than 10 days since your order was shipped, contact customerservice@hq4sports.com.
    • HQ4SPORTS does not sell or ship to other dealers or resellers.
