  • Shipping cost is calculated during checkout with a shipping calculator.
  • Free Economy Shipping on orders $99+ (terms and exclusions apply).
  • Excludes balls, buckets, cages, nets, pitching machines, and select oversized items.
  • Economy orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Express orders placed before 11AM PT ship same day when the item is in stock at HQ4Sports.
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may require additional lead time.

HQ4SPORTS offers a 30-day return policy on new and unused items. There is no restocking fee if items and gear are new and unused.

Bats must still be in their original wrapper, and gloves must have their original tags to be considered new.

We do not provide free return labels, but a discounted return label can be provided upon request.

To request a return:

  • Email returns@hq4sports.com
  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  • Return instructions are typically sent within 1 business day

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes. We can ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, subject to package size limitations.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No. At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Can I track my order?
If you created an account, you can log in to view your order details and tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order status page or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

My order has not arrived — what should I do?
If it has been more than 10 days since the order shipped, contact customerservice@hq4sports.com.
